Designed to pair: We designed these mats to couple with a second mat, creating a huge 24x28 inch playing surface, as shown in some of the pictures. While one mat is sufficient to play the game on a smaller table, two brings the full experience to life. This item comes with TWO of the mats, so you will have that full dungeon experience!
Multi-use: We also designed these mats to be useful for other purposes. Each floor tile is 1 square inch, allowing these mats to be used in other popular games, such as Dungeons & Dragons or some miniature war-games.
NOTE: Some of the pictures also show the Dungeon Walls and game components together in action - these products are sold separately.

The Dungeon Mat really elevates this game and is a must in my opinion. The quality of the mat and walls are great and it’s nice having the dungeon contained. I got two which is the perfect size and much more suitable than a single mat. Highly recommended!
Very nice quality. Design looks great and pairing 2 together matches up nicely. The mat is a good thickness for most things, but makes the Dungeon Drop cubes rather bouncy - dropping cubes from a height greater than 6 inches causes most of them to bounce and scatter beyond the edges of 2 mats side by side (if you don't have the walls).
It helps minimize the bounce from the cubes and with the walls. They are extremely helpful to keep the cubes from falling off the table.
You need two of these mats to play Dungeon Drop, so I’m not sure why they even make them available for individual purchase. Yes, they have notices up on the page that tell you this, but not if you directly “Add to Cart” from the catalog page. Due to this, I had to pay for a second round of shipping to get my second mat, which didn’t make me very happy.
The mats themselves are of reasonable quality and make for a good playing surface.

Appreciate your feedback completely. In general, most customers do prefer to purchase 2 of these mats (although you can technically play Dungeon Drop on just 1). When we originally designed these, just after the initial release of Dungeon Drop, we were not prepared to deal with shipping logistics associated with larger mat sizes, so this was the best decision we could make at the time. We have since moved away from half mats, as indicated by our more recent Space Mat for Drop Drive. When we go to reprint mats for Dungeon Drop down the road, you can be sure we will make them one large mat there as well.
In the meantime, we have existing inventory of these half mats, so we will continue to do our best to explain that they typically are purchased in pairs. I'll see what I can do about the quick Add to Cart button on other pages - I agree that can be misleading.

The mat is nice definitely enhances the experience with the foldable wall makes it feel like a real dungeon and when I took a pic to send to a friend it look like the dungeon had real looking lights on even though it’s just printed on totally love the Mats
