Cancellation and Refunds

Phase Shift Games' cancellation and refund policy allows for 80% refund on cancelled crowdfunding pledges (Kickstarter, Gamefound, Backerkit, etc.) after the campaign has ended, and 80% refund on cancelled preorders that have already been charged. 

Uncharged preorders and failed payment pledges may be freely cancelled with no further penalty.

Retail Returns

Phase Shift Games' return policy allows retail order returns for 30 days. There is a $9 return shipping fee. Return reasons may include: Arrived Damaged, Received Wrong Item, and Didn't Match Description.
