The base game of Drop Drive requires the following packs of sleeves for full protection:
1 pack of Full-size Sleeves of Protection
2 packs of Half-size Sleeves of Protection
1 pack of Poker-size Sleeves of Protection
The above set of sleeve packs will also be enough to protect all additional cards that come in Strange Signals and the various smaller expansion packs currently available.

Game night of light-hearted fun.
I have in the past played a lot of Xia Legends of the drift system and then on top of that I've played Twilight Imperium which is a very heavy game. And just to contrast that with drop drive it does the opposite of those which is just a light-hearted game of fun.

great game but...
There are many "board" games out there but this one stands out with its unique game start setup. Alot of games have numerous game pieces and a steep learning curve. This game has both, but the sheer randomness at game setup is refreshing.
